El Shaddai Camping Centre

El Shaddai Camping Centre, located at 196 El Shaddai Road, Wellington, South Australia, offers a spacious and picturesque environment for groups of up to 130 people. The campsite features a dining room and meeting hall, each seating 140, a recreation hall, 27 bunkhouses, and seven powered caravan/tent sites. Outdoor amenities include an oval, two tennis courts, and an indoor climbing wall. A variety of activities are available, such as archery, canoeing, laser tag, giant swing, kite making and flying, rock climbing, swimming, raft making, vertical challenge, treasure quest, scavenger hunt, initiatives, low ropes, earthball, and reptile encounters. Sporting facilities include basketball, cricket, netball, table tennis, air hockey, tennis, and volleyball. The centre is accessible to individuals with mobility challenges, offering wheelchair access, accessible toilets, and parking. It is suitable for churches, youth groups, retreats, craft groups, and community groups, providing exclusive use of facilities for groups of 40 or more. Weekend camps are fully catered and run from 7 pm Friday night until 3 pm Sunday. The centre is approximately a 15-minute walk from a boat ramp and reserve, a 20-minute drive from Old Tailem Town, and a 30-minute drive from Monarto Zoo.
