Our Main Bar is Brunswick Aces’ flagship space, designed to impress and built for unforgettable events. Available for exclusive hire, it features a full-service bar, built-in stage for live performances or speeches, cozy booth seating, a piano, and a private breakout area for quieter moments. With its modern industrial styling and versatile layout, it’s ideal for large celebrations, product launches, performances, weddings, or any event that deserves a premium backdrop. The space comfortably hosts up to 150 guests and can be fully customised with welcome drinks, grazing tables, cocktail masterclasses, or DJ sets to suit your vision.

Private Workshop and Function Space

Our Upstairs Event Space is a fully private area perfect for workshops, celebrations, and everything in between. Tucked away above the main bar, it offers complete exclusivity without needing to book the entire venue. The space includes its own private bar, a flexible boardroom that’s ideal for storing bags, setting up food, or as a breakout area, plus a projector, sound system, and air conditioning for maximum comfort and convenience. Whether you're hosting a team session, birthday party, or creative workshop, the space can be tailored to suit your needs.

Gin Garden

Our Gin Garden is your private slice of sunshine, perfect for relaxed afternoon drinks or vibrant evening celebrations. Spanning 150 square metres, this fully fenced outdoor space is ideal for birthdays, engagement parties, team socials, or just catching up with friends. With a dedicated outdoor bar, covered and heated lounge area, ornate baroque-style couches, and a winding pink deck with garden parasols and bench seating, it's built for comfort and style in any season. You’ll also have control over the music with your own outdoor sound system to set the mood. Available for standalone hire or in combination with our indoor spaces.

Private Dining Room

Elegant, intimate, and full of natural light, this space seats up to 16 guests and includes a 12-seat table, plush banquette seating, and bay windows overlooking the Gin Garden. It features a dedicated cocktail bar with your own bartender, private sound system, and optional privacy curtains. Perfect for dinners, workshops, and small celebrations.

Private Event Space

The Upstairs Event Space at Aces Bar is perfect for private parties and celebrations. Tucked away above the main bar, it offers exclusivity with a stylish open-plan design that can be tailored to your theme. The room combines polished timber floors, warm lighting, and adaptable furniture to create the ideal setting for birthdays, engagements, or festive gatherings. Guests enjoy their own private bar service, with award-winning cocktails available in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions to ensure everyone can join the celebration.

The Jack (tier 3 drinks package)

Our entry-level drinks package that still brings the good stuff. The Jack includes unlimited G&Ts, beer, wine, and your choice of one cocktail from our menu served unlimited for the duration. *We also offer bar tabs, entry drinks and everything in between*

The Queen (Tier 2 drinks package)

A step up from The Jack, The Queen keeps the party flowing with everything in the base package; unlimited G&Ts, beer, wine, plus unlimited Prosecco and a wider selection of three cocktails from our menu served unlimited. *We also offer bar tabs, entry drinks and everything in between*

The King (Tier 1 Drinks Package

Our premium drinks package for those who want it all. The King includes everything from The Queen; unlimited G&Ts, beer, wine, Prosecco, plus unlimited Champagne and full access to our entire cocktail menu. *We also offer bar tabs, entry drinks and everything in between*

Nibbles Grazing Table

Light, casual, and perfect for keeping the energy flowing. The Nibbles Table is ideal for events where you want something to graze on without a full meal. It includes a curated selection of cold or hot bites

Middling Grazing Table

$15 per head

A step up in size and variety, The Middling Table is perfect for events where food plays a bigger role but you still want guests to mingle freely. Available hot or cold. Ideal for birthdays, team events, or longer gatherings where grazing is the main fare. Available in all event spaces and fully customisable to suit your preferences or dietary needs.

Substantial Grazing Table

Designed to feel like a full meal, The Substantial Table is our most generous option, perfect for longer events, hearty appetites, or when you want food to take centre stage. Available hot or cold and in all event spaces and fully customisable to fit your style, dietary needs, or themed events.

Bar Tab

$10 per head

Set the tone for the night with a custom bar tab, choose any amount and let your guests enjoy drinks from our full menu. You’re welcome to include everything on offer, from house-distilled cocktails (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to wines, beers, and specialty drinks. We’ll keep you updated as the tab progresses and can either pause, extend, or switch to individual purchases once it’s reached, totally up to you. Perfect for casual events and flexible budgets.
