Brendan was a pleasure to work with. He had an eye for detail and made sure he captured lots of candid shots as well as those we requested prior to the day. He was very affordable and our pictures were ready in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

Brendan was an excellent choice for our recent wedding in Centennial Park. He had an in-depth knowledge of the park and looking for the best light for the photos. Brendan was highly professional throughout the whole process and asked detailed questions about what we wanted from him. Brendan has an engaging and entertaining personality which made us laugh and made the couple pictures look very natural. He was able to clearly direct our large group of family and friends so the time taking group photographs was efficient. We absolutely loved our photographs and was surprised at just how many special moments he had captured. The quality was great and did not look staged. This was exactly the look we were going for. The cost was also excellent for the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. The pictures were also sent to us very quickly which was an added bonus as we had so many. We would definitely recommended Brendan and Love is Light Wedding photography.

Brendan from Love is Light made our wedding day perfect. We aren't naturally camera friendly people and he made us feel so comfortable. He managed to take sneaky photos of me with all the people I forgot to get photos with and he did his research about our locations so he picked out incredible backdrops for our photos.

Unethical and unprofessional. Accepted my wedding date then booked another wedding and cancelled mine without telling me. I hired Brendan/Loveislight in April. I gave him my contact details and said to stay in touch as my wedding was in September. He accepted and was hired via the website. After a couple of months, I had finished booking my other wedding suppliers so I contacted him again to nut out the details of the wedding. His response was that he had booked another wedding because I hadn’t contacted him in a few months. But I had already hired him! He did not even bother to check with me or let me know and caused me so much additional stress to find another photographer within 2 months of my wedding. Completely unprofessional. To all future brides, the last thing you want before your wedding day is unnecessary stress caused by an unreliable supplier, who will cancel your wedding (for a likely more lucrative wedding), without telling you. Save yourself the stress and find someone more professional!

Literally so happy i found Brendan for our wedding. He was so great in the lead up ensuring he knew the ins and outs of the day and was so so lovely and professional. On the day he really helped us feel comfortable when taking our portraits and made us laugh and enjoy ourselves. He was laid back and patient even when we were running behind. He let us take the day as it came and directed us when we need it to ensure we got the best shots. All our guests raved about him being such a funny and nice guy. We received our photos on dropbox on our honeymoon and was so nice to relive the day. The photos were beautiful. And today we received our photo box with printed photos and a USB. Literally every detail was nailed and blew us away. So so happy and thankful for everything.

Brendan created the most perfect memories from our wedding day. He is passionate with his work and he does pre-work before your big day so that he can deliver the best for you. He fit in well with our family and friends, capturing in the moment shots of every single guest we had. His final delivery of our photos was in record timing which was the cherry on top for service. Brendan was easy to work with and his communication was excellent in all aspects. He met with us before the wedding and researched the reception location which gave us great confidence.
