Yoongarillup Hall

Nestled in the tranquil town of Yoongarillup, approximately 11 kilometers from Busselton's CBD, Yoongarillup Hall is a charming venue ideal for small gatherings, family reunions, arts and crafts groups, and fundraisers. Built in 1923 during the Group Settlement period, the hall features a raised stage, a kitchen area with servery, and exquisite jarrah floors. The hall measures approximately 137 square meters and can accommodate up to 50 people. It offers 100 chairs and 11 trestle tables for events. The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, stove and oven, fridge, and freezer. Rental rates are $15 per hour for community groups or charities and $20 per hour for commercial or private use. Additional charges apply for alcohol consumption, with bonds ranging from $200 to $1,000, depending on the risk category. Bookings require submission of the Contract of Hire Form and, if applicable, the Application to Consume Liquor Form. Set-up and clean-up must be completed within the hire period. A minimum booking of one hour is required, with a full-day booking capped at eight hours. A 50% cancellation fee applies if less than one week's notice is given.
