Nestled in the Geehi Valley of Kosciuszko National Park, YHA Hut, also known as Old Geehi Hut, is a historic stone structure built in 1945 by D. Benson for the NSW Water and Irrigation Commission. Constructed from local river stones over a concrete floor, the 7m by 4m hut features four windows and a substantial fireplace. Accessible via a moderate walk or 4WD, it offers a unique glimpse into the region's past and serves as a base for exploring the surrounding alpine landscape.
