Perched atop 498-meter Mount Yarrahapinni in Yarriabini National Park, Yarriabini Lookout offers panoramic views of the Macleay Valley Coast. The drive up Way Way Creek Road is scenic, especially in late winter when banksias bloom. At the summit, vistas stretch southeast over lush macadamia farms to the Macleay River estuary and Trial Bay. On clear days, the coastline near Smoky Cape in Hat Head National Park frames the towns of South West Rocks and Arakoon. The area is also a haven for birdwatching, with lyrebirds often spotted nearby.
