Operating as a not-for-profit organization, it offers a range of services, including information, counseling, and referrals to various government and health services. The facility features a well-stocked op-shop, a fully functional kitchen, and a thriving backyard vegetable garden. Regular events, such as the monthly Saturday openings and community picnics, foster a welcoming atmosphere for all. Open on Wednesdays and Fridays from 9 am to 2:30 pm, the house is partially funded by the NSW Department of Family and Community Services.
