Established in 1992, the Yackandandah Community Education Network (YCEN) serves as a vibrant hub for local residents, offering a diverse array of educational courses, workshops, and community events. The centre's mission is to foster lifelong learning and community engagement, providing opportunities for personal development and social connection. In addition to its educational programs, YCEN actively supports various community initiatives, including the Yackandandah Community Garden and the Yackandandah Women's Shed, promoting sustainability and social cohesion. The centre also offers a meeting room available for hire, accommodating local groups and organizations.
