The expansive 2,800-hectare estate is renowned for its superfine merino stud, housing approximately 18,000 sheep. The homestead, built in the 1860s, features a grand bluestone structure with a distinctive square tower, offering panoramic views of the surrounding plains. The property also includes a lagoon, part of the Kurakurak Creek, which is home to native black fish. The estate is managed by the Walton family, with Paul Walton serving as the stud manager.
