Woomera Heritage Centre

The Woomera Heritage Centre offers an immersive journey into Australia's aerospace and defense history. Housed in a former recreation center for USAF personnel, the museum showcases an extensive collection of rocket parts, photographs, and artifacts detailing the Woomera Range's activities, including the NEXST-1 and HyShot trials. Adjacent to the museum, the Missile Park displays a variety of rockets and aircraft that have played significant roles in Woomera's history. Visitors can also enjoy a café, a ten-pin bowling alley, and a souvenir shop within the center. The museum operates daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with an entry fee applicable.
