Woolamai Beach Surf Life Saving Club, established in 1959, is the only surf lifesaving club on Phillip Island, dedicated to ensuring the safety of beachgoers at Woolamai and Smiths Beaches. The club offers a range of programs, including the Nippers program for children, surf lifesaving training, and surf sports competitions, fostering a strong sense of community and safety. With over 1,000 members, the club welcomes new participants to join as nippers, patrolling members, or volunteers, contributing to its vital rescue services and community engagement.
