Woodford Scout Group, established in 1967, is a vibrant youth organization located at 40 Canando Street, Woodford, Queensland 4514. As part of Scouts Australia (Queensland Branch), it offers a range of programs for young people aged 5 to 25, including Joey Scouts, Cub Scouts, Scouts, Venturer Scouts, and Rover Scouts. The group provides education through outdoor activities such as camping, bushcraft, bushwalking, canoeing, abseiling, map and compass navigation, science, and knotting. Additionally, it focuses on developing leadership and management skills through its Government Registered Training Organisation. Cub Scouts meet every Monday from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm during school terms.
