Utilizing traditional hand-smoking methods with seasonal woods, they produce delicately flavored seafood renowned worldwide. Visitors can sample these premium products at the Woodbridge Taste House, open Monday to Friday from 10 am to 4 pm, and Saturday from 12 pm to 4 pm (closed Saturdays from April to September). For those unable to visit, their products are available online and at select fine food establishments across Australia and Asia.
