At Women In The Rhythm, women of all ages come together to experience the joy of freestyle dance workouts. Sessions are held at the Moggill Uniting Church hall, located at 3451 Moggill Rd, Moggill 4070. Each 45-minute class features easy-to-follow dance moves set to a diverse range of music, from the 60s to contemporary hits. Participants can choose to follow the instructor or express themselves freely, fostering a non-judgmental and supportive environment.
