The estate produces limited edition Pinot Noir wines, crafted from handpicked grapes grown in dark volcanic soils. The wines are basket-pressed on-site and prepared by leading Gippsland viticulturist Marcus Satchell. In addition to wine, Wombat Hill Estate offers premium Angus cattle and high-quality hay and silage.
