Wodonga Carols by Candlelight is a cherished annual event held at Willow Park, Pearce Street, Wodonga. Organized by Wodonga Brass since 1975, this free community celebration features traditional and modern Christmas carols performed by the award-winning Wodonga Brass Band, over 27 soloists, and the 12-voice Wodonga Carols Choir. Attendees can enjoy pre-carols entertainment starting at 6:00 pm, with the main program from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Over 15 local food vendors offer a variety of treats and drinks from 6:00 pm. Candles are available for purchase, with all proceeds supporting Albury Wodonga Health. The event is accessible, featuring wheelchair seating and an AUSLAN interpreter on stage. Parking is available on-site, including disabled parking and a dedicated drop-off zone. Overflow parking is accessible from Hereford Street. The event is broadcast live on 1494 2AY and livestreamed on the official website. Attendees are encouraged to bring picnic rugs and enjoy the festive atmosphere under the stars.
