Housed in Wingham's first general store, built circa 1872, Wingham Museum showcases over 10,000 artifacts across 500 square meters. Exhibits span natural history, Aboriginal culture, local industries, and more. A highlight is the original 19th-century police cell that once held bushranger Jimmy Governor. The museum also offers an extensive photo library and archives for research. Open daily from 10 am to 4 pm, it provides a unique cultural experience for visitors.
