Wingate Avenue Community Centre

Established in 1985, Wingate Avenue Community Centre in Ascot Vale is a vibrant hub offering a range of services to the local community. The centre provides occasional childcare, accredited and non-accredited education courses, employment support, and hosts community events. Co-located services include Moonee Valley Legal Service, Anglicare financial counselling, and a community garden. Facilities feature two computer labs, a commercial kitchen, a 19-place childcare centre, five training rooms, and a community shed. The centre is governed by a Committee of Management comprising local residents.
