Signature creations include the garlic-honey pizza, combining fermented garlic honey, confit garlic oil, fior di latte, and sheep’s milk pecorino, and the spanner crab pizza, topped with Fraser Island spanner crab, parsley, lemon, and shellfish oil. The sourdough base, made with heritage flour from Gunnedah, is chewy and easy to digest. With limited seating, it's advisable to arrive early or opt for takeaway. Operating hours are Wednesday to Sunday, from 5 pm.
