Serving approximately 2 million residents, WSCF leads and shapes social policy and service delivery, emphasizing fairness, collaboration, integrity, and excellence. The organization collaborates with community groups, government entities, and businesses to build a resilient and inclusive Western Sydney. WSCF offers various programs, including the ZEST Awards, which celebrate outstanding contributions to the community sector, and the Codebreakers project, engaging youth in conversations about race, identity, and belonging. Additionally, WSCF provides trusted document translation services and hosts the Community Care News Digest, keeping stakeholders informed about developments in the aged care sector. The organization also developed the Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan for 2024-2026, demonstrating its commitment to supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
