
Located along the South Western Highway in Waroona, the Memorial Hall is a historic venue that hosts a variety of community events, including Anzac Day commemorations, the Waroona Show, art exhibitions, movie screenings, wedding receptions, concerts, public meetings, and fundraising events. Designed by architects Powell, Cameron, and Chisholm in 1932, the hall opened on December 4, 1934. It features a brick and stone construction with a built-in bio-box for movie screenings and a corrugated iron roof. The hall offers full kitchen facilities, a supper room, stage area, and access to toilets. It has a maximum occupancy of 237 persons in the main hall and 100 persons in the supper room. Adequate parking is available, and tables and chairs are provided for use. Folding glass doors open to an outdoor stage area, enhancing the venue's versatility.
