The Warm Up Arena at Sydney Olympic Park is a premier training facility for athletes of all levels. It features a full-size infield grassed area (108m x 72m) suitable for soccer, rugby, and American football, with a sand base for excellent drainage. The state-of-the-art Rekortan M99 synthetic track offers a 400m eight-lane circuit and a 100m ten-lane front straight. Additional amenities include four shot put circles, two high jump areas, four long jump and triple jump pits, and a 200-seat grandstand with 80 covered seats. The arena is wheelchair accessible and hosts both able-bodied and para-athlete events.
