Waratah Park Reserve, located at 40 Rawson Avenue, Sutherland, is a 22-hectare sports precinct and recreation reserve. Adjacent to the Sutherland Leisure Centre, it features tennis courts, an athletics field, baseball diamonds, and sporting fields. The park also offers cycling and mountain bike tracks, including a 1.2 km looped circuit. An all-abilities playground is under construction, with completion expected in June 2025. The reserve is home to St. Patricks Sutherland Football Club and serves as a hub for various sports and community activities.
