Wamberal Surf Life Saving Club, established over fifty years ago, is a vibrant community hub dedicated to beach safety and surf sports. With approximately 450 members, including 380 Nippers aged 6 to 14, the club fosters a strong sense of camaraderie and skill development. The club's logo, the surf reel, honors its rich history in surf lifesaving. Beyond lifesaving duties, it hosts notable events like the "Nutty Masters" surf carnival and the "Gardner" Junior Ironman event, attracting participants of all ages.
