Founded by Dinh and Suong, who were among the first boat people to arrive from war-torn Vietnam, the restaurant has grown into one of the longest-standing and most awarded Vietnamese eateries in Australia. The Phan family, including their children Tien, Linda, and Ben, continue to uphold the legacy of their parents, offering a memorable dining experience that reflects their rich heritage and dedication to quality.
