The WG Hayden Humanities Centre, located at 56 South Street, Ipswich, Queensland, was a significant community hub that provided office accommodation and meeting spaces. Constructed by the Ipswich City Council, it opened in 1974 as a multi-functional welfare and community centre. Over the years, it hosted various community groups, including Anglicare, Ipswich Toastmasters Club, and Ipswich 60s and Better. In 2021, the building was sold to Queensland Health for $21 million to become part of the Ipswich Health Precinct, leading to its demolition in early 2025 to make way for a new multi-storey car park.
