The facility boasts state-of-the-art strength and cardio equipment, a dedicated Reformer Pilates room, and a Spinn room equipped with Schwinn Spinn bikes and a premium sound system. Additional amenities include a recovery lounge with infrared sauna, massage chairs, and hydro-massage chairs. Members can enjoy a variety of group fitness classes, including functional training and Reformer Pilates, as well as a 30-minute strength circuit room. The gym provides ample free parking and maintains a fully air-conditioned space with cleaning stations throughout. Staffed hours are Monday to Wednesday from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Thursday and Friday from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Saturday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
