The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a Smeg gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, slow cooker, rice cooker, Nespresso coffee maker, fridge, and dishwasher. Accommodating up to eight guests, the three bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, four king single beds, and two long single beds, which can be combined into a larger bed upon request. Entertainment options include a flat-screen TV, Bluetooth soundbar, DVD player, and full internet access with Apple TV. Outdoor amenities feature a Weber gas BBQ on the back deck and a wood BBQ in the garden. The property is conveniently located just 20 minutes from Jindabyne and 50 minutes from the ski fields and mountain bike trails around Thredbo. During the warmer months, guests can enjoy swimming, kayaking, and trout fishing in the nearby lake. A boat ramp is also available two kilometers away. Bed linen and towels are provided for all guests.
