Located at 92-94 Main Road, Moonah, the Uniting AgeWell Community Hub serves as a central point for older Tasmanians seeking information, advice, and support. Officially opened on September 6, 2022, by Her Excellency Professor the Honourable Kate Warner, AM, Governor of Tasmania, the Hub offers a range of services, including promotion and delivery of Home Care Packages, information sessions, and support for accessing MyAgedCare. The space also houses the Community Services team, previously based at the Lillian Martin residential site in Mornington.
