United Taekwondo Bonnet Bay offers martial arts training for all ages at Bonnet Bay Primary School, 34R Tudar Road, Bonnet Bay, NSW 2226. Under the guidance of Instructor Jay Weber, classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm, accommodating both children and adults. The program focuses on building self-esteem, self-confidence, and physical fitness in a supportive environment. Serving the Bonnet Bay, Oyster Bay, Como, Kareela, Jannali, Sutherland, Sylvania, and Sylvania Heights communities, United Taekwondo Bonnet Bay is dedicated to fostering personal growth through martial arts.
