It serves as the venue for the annual Tumbarumba Rodeo, the oldest in New South Wales, featuring professional APRA events, local competitions, and family-friendly activities. The arena also hosts the Tumbarumba Campdraft, a traditional Australian event held on the first weekend in March, offering full bar and canteen facilities, as well as showers and toilets on-site with free camping available. Additionally, the venue accommodates the Tumbafest Caravan/Camping event, providing powered and unpowered sites with access to toilet and shower facilities.
