The food truck is fully self-sufficient, equipped with its own fresh and waste water tanks, hand wash basins, hot running water, and a petrol generator, ensuring a hassle-free catering experience for events like corporate functions, weddings, and parties. Head chef Trinh, who learned traditional recipes from her mother and grandmother in Vietnam, established the food truck in 2015 after gaining extensive experience in Sydney's hospitality industry.
