Trappers Bakery, established in 2006, is a family-owned bakery in Goulburn, NSW, renowned for its award-winning baked goods. Located just off the freeway near The Big Merino, it offers a cozy atmosphere with an open-log fire in winter and two glass-enclosed outdoor areas. The menu features freshly made sandwiches, wraps, rolls, salads, and a variety of traditional breads, pies, sausage rolls, quiches, cakes, slices, and danishes. A private dining room is available for groups and coaches. Open daily from 5:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
