The Dining Hall, formerly known as the Trackside Café, offers a comfortable, air-conditioned setting to relax and enjoy a cup of MERLO coffee. This historic space, established in 1912, was once the heart of the Rail Workshops, serving up to 1,000 three-course lunches daily to workers. Today, it continues to provide a unique blend of history and modern comfort, inviting visitors to unwind and savor light refreshments. The Dining Hall is open on weekends from 9:30 am to 2 pm.
