The Tote Building, located at 100 Joynton Avenue in Zetland, is a stylish heritage venue overlooking Tote Park. The space is ideal for family functions, rehearsals, health and fitness classes, meetings, courses, and workshops. Amenities include a kitchenette with stainless steel benchtops, sink, microwave, fridge, and free Wi-Fi. Accessibility features comprise a lift to all floors, accessible adult change facility, ambulant and accessible toilets on the ground floor, and proximity to public transport. The venue is available for hire Monday to Sunday, from 7 am to 11 pm. Standard hire rates are $51.50 per hour on weekdays until 5 pm, and $56 per hour after 5 pm, on weekends, and public holidays. Community groups may be eligible for a 50% discount on standard hire rates.
