Toondahra is a rural locality in Queensland's North Burnett Region, covering approximately 233.6 square kilometers. The area is characterized by its mountainous terrain, including Messmate Mountain (432m), Mount Barbara (290m), Mount Lorna (390m), and Pipe Clay Hill (220m). Historically, the population has been very low, with no residents recorded in recent years. The locality was officially named and bounded on 10 September 1999. Mount Barbara was named to honor Mrs. Barbara Apel, who managed the Mimosa pastoral property during World War II.
