The hall hosts various events, including the annual Tooborac Irish Tunes Weekend, offering attendees a chance to enjoy music, socializing, and camping. Adjacent to the hall, the recreation reserve features a playground with swings, a see-saw, and a low structure with a wave slide, ladder, fireman's pole, chain bridge, shopfront, abacus, walkway, monkey bars, hanging disks, and a flying fox.
