Governed by the Tongala Health Community Voices Committee, the facility offers a range of services tailored to meet community needs. These include blood pressure checks, health education, and a variety of clinician services such as well-women's clinics, physiotherapy, dietetics, diabetes education, and social work counseling. Additionally, Tongala Health hosts several community groups, including walking, strength and balance exercise, grief and loss support, and yoga therapy groups. Operating hours are Tuesday from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and the second and fourth Friday of each month from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
