Established in 1925 as the Tongala and District Bush Nursing Memorial Hospital, this 70-bed aged care home has been serving the local community for over 90 years. It offers comprehensive care services, including residential aged care, palliative care, secure dementia care, and respite care. The facility features modern amenities such as single rooms with ensuites, a chapel, a hairdressing salon, and a men's shed—the world's first, opened in 1998 in honor of local visionary Dick McGowan.
