Thrower House

Nestled beside Currumbin Creek in Palm Beach, Thrower House offers a vibrant hub for young people aged 12 to 17. The facility features a main meeting area equipped with television and computer games, an adjacent computer area with internet access and Microsoft Office programs, and a kitchen where youth can develop basic cooking skills during school holiday programs. An arts shed adjacent to the house hosts various art activities, including tie-dying, soap making, special effects makeup workshops, and jewelry making. The center is designed as a safe, supportive environment where young people can access various services and participate in regular programs facilitated by the youth service provider Wesley Mission. Thrower House is not available for hire.
