In 2007, under the care of Small Giants, the building underwent a full restoration and now features a productive, edible garden. Today, it serves as the headquarters for Small Giants and its portfolio businesses, including Impact Investment Group, TOM Organic, and Dumbo Feather. The venue also hosts seminars and workshops, fostering a vibrant community atmosphere.
