Since 2021, it has been delighting guests with slow-smoked beef and pork, prepared on-site using Australian hardwood for a minimum of 12 hours to achieve rich, smoky flavors. The menu features favorites like brisket, pulled pork, and pork belly burnt ends, complemented by sides such as mac and cheese bites, slaw, and pickles. The fully licensed bar serves a selection of wines, cocktails, and premium Texas whiskies, along with beers and ciders on tap, including their own Iron Axe lager. With seating for 85, wheelchair access, and ample parking, The Smoke Pit provides a welcoming atmosphere for families and groups. Open Tuesday to Sunday from 12 pm to 9 pm, it is closed on Mondays.
