Established in 1984, the group offers programs for youth aged 5 to 25, including Joeys, Cubs, Scouts, Venturers, and Rovers. The hall is named in honor of Tony Scott, the group's leader for 19 years. Community groups and incorporated organizations can hire the hall for events, with prior arrangement required. The venue is not available for general public parties.
