I had my birthday at Purple Emerald Bar last weekend and it was absolutely fantastic! I hired the front area as the back was hired for another party. The space worked beautifully. Platters were absolutely delicious, and staff were so friendly and professional. Could not recommend more highly! Special thanks to Phil. You certainly made my birthday one to remember!

Went to a function here for a going away party. It's a good venue for an event, and looks nice and cozy if you are looking for a place to have a few drinks. We had a steady stream of finger food come out throughout the night which was all really tasty. The staff were friendly and professional. They even replaced a friends drink that was accidentally taken away before it had been finished. Great service, although one of the bar staff seemed to be a little slow at mixing drinks and getting orders correct. Apart from that, everything was top notch.
