Moored at the Botanic Gardens RiverHub, The Prawnster offers a unique dining experience aboard a refurbished 1970s trawler. Guests enjoy fresh, wild-caught Queensland seafood, including prawns, Moreton Bay bugs, oysters, and Tasmanian salmon sashimi. The menu features platters ranging from medium prawn selections to a generous mixed feast. The vessel accommodates up to 60 guests, providing a rustic yet comfortable setting. As a BYO establishment, patrons are welcome to bring their own wine and beer. Parking is available at First Parking, 53 Albert Street, with metered street parking along Alice Street. Operating hours are Monday to Wednesday from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and Thursday to Sunday from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
