Nestled in the serene Kanimbla Valley, The Overflow offers a unique blend of modern luxury and rural history. This architect-designed two-bedroom retreat features a solar-passive design that fills the living spaces with natural light and showcases stunning views from each room. Guests can unwind by the crackling fire, soak in the oversized bath with panoramic escarpment views, or toast marshmallows on the outdoor fire pit. The property also includes a restored 1950s shearing shed and 25 acres of land to explore. Located just 30 minutes from Katoomba, The Overflow provides easy access to bushwalks, caves, climbing, and local dining experiences. Please note, there is no fencing around the dam, and the property includes farm obstacles and wildlife; supervision of small children is recommended.
