Originally used for storing goods transported by rail, it now serves as the headquarters for the Bundanoon History Group. The shed houses an extensive collection of photographs, documents, and artifacts that showcase the rich history of Bundanoon and the surrounding district. Regularly updated displays offer visitors insights into the village's past, and the group provides research services for those interested in local history. The Old Goods Shed is open to the public on the first and third Sundays of each month, coinciding with the Bundanoon Markets. It is also open on Brigadoon and Garden Ramble weekends, or by appointment.
