The Lion of Waterloo Tavern, established in 1841, is the oldest licensed hotel west of the Blue Mountains. Once a Cobb & Co coach stop, it now offers a warm atmosphere with open fires in winter and cold beer in summer. The tavern features a bar, dining room, and beer garden, serving generous meals like scotch fillet steak, lamb cutlets, and Guinness pie. Open daily from 4 pm, with the bistro operating Wednesday to Sunday from 6 pm to 8:30 pm.
