Designed by Collard Clarke Jackson and built by Manteena, the facility showcases sustainable features, including a large rooftop solar array and rainwater harvesting systems. Its surroundings boast community and native garden beds, a children's playhouse, and art installations, creating an inviting environment for all ages. The Link also provides free electric bike rentals and EV charging stations, promoting eco-friendly transportation options. Operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am–5 pm, and weekends, 10 am–4 pm.
