Walked in and waited a few minutes before the manager stopped ridiculing one of the staff and acknowledged us. We asked for a table for two with a request to sit outside and were greeted with a blank stare and a motion to take a seat. The service was below average and the staff clearly had favourite customers, likely regulars. The outside area is quite comfortable and the table assortments look lovely, however, it smelt like we were sitting in an aired out public restroom. The food presentation was a little bit deceiving. Big breakfast was average, nothing to remember, same with the halloumi burger. Chips were bland and tasted like they’d sat in oil for too long. All in all, not worth revisiting.

Great place for a breakfast, the coffee was good but the eggs on bread were amazing

Great food and great customer service. They have really improved over the years with portions and you feel like you're getting value for money now. My regular local spot now. Coffee is always tasty, not bitter or burned and the food is fresh and tasty

This is a lovely cozy little café in North melbourne along a main business street. It is small inside but a really lovely place to stop and get a toastie and a flat white and wait out a rain storm, or chat with friends for a while. The staff were very welcoming and the owner gave us some good tips and shared travel stories with us. They are really focused on using high quality ingredients and organic coffee, and the pricing was really reasonable for what you get. Great gluten free and veg options.
